No. Senior Vibe runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or laptop, with no installation. The team uses work devices or their own phones; residents need neither a device nor an email address. Relatives use their own phones.
Billing is per resident and staff member per month, with one invoice to the organisation. Relatives pay nothing and are not counted. We discuss the exact terms for Basic and Pro in a conversation.
A finely graded roles and permissions system decides. Each role sees only the areas it needs for its work. Sensitive personal data, such as in the resident file or care documentation, is accessible only to selected roles. Relatives see only the posts, photos and messages about their own relative, plus the residence's activity plan. Management defines who on the team may plan, administer or only read.
The data belongs to your organisation. We process it as a data processor under GDPR on servers in Germany, on the basis of a data processing agreement. Deletion, export and withdrawal of consent are built in.
You can start right away. After the first conversation we set up the residence personally together with you and provide all the materials the team needs to learn the app through short videos. From then on the platform is used directly. We are available for questions at any time and support you continuously until Senior Vibe is fully integrated into your daily routine.
Yes. Senior Vibe maps operators with several residences: organisation, residence, group. Every residence stays separate, permissions apply per level, and the organisation's management sees all residences.
Senior Vibe is multilingual, including English, German and Lithuanian. Every person gets the app and the system emails in their own language.
