What this website stores

This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party content. Fonts and all files are served from our own server. To measure site usage we run the self-hosted analytics software Matomo, without cookies (see below).

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we send your name, organisation, email address, optionally your phone number and your message by email to DUP DIGITAL CARE SERVICES LTD. Emails are sent securely via the service Resend.com. We use these details solely to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Vercel. When you open the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time and page requested in order to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Usage statistics with Matomo

We use the open-source software Matomo, which runs on a server under our control (statistics.nonstatics.com). No cookies are set and no data is passed on to third parties. We record the page visited, date and time, the referring page, the browser and operating system used, the approximate screen size and the IP address, which Matomo truncates (anonymises) before storage. The data is used solely for statistical analysis to improve the website; it is not linked to individual persons. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring site usage). If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, your visit is not recorded.
